IMPORTANT: Information for correct loading of the dishwasher to ensure correct
washing performance:
• Only wash items that are dishwasher safe.
• Do not wash items made of wood, aluminium, copper or bone china.
• Do not wash lead crystal glasses.
• Remove residual food from crockery and cutlery.
• Remove residual food from tableware by soaking in water first to soften baked
on food.
• Severely soiled tableware should be washed using the Pre-Rinse program first.
• Do not wash small light items as they may be dislodged from the baskets.
• Ensure that glasses and fragile items do not touch anything else in the baskets.
• Ensure all containers (glasses, cups, pans) are upside down and stable to avoid
turning over, accumulating water and not washing correctly.
• Ensure that any large carving knives are laid flat in the cutlery tray, do not
stand upright.
• Do not place any item through the baskets to avoid blocking the rotation of the
spray arms.
• Ensure that the spray arms freely rotate before starting the wash program.
• To achieve the best washing results with a small number of items, ensure they are
spread out across all the baskets.
Loading the Upper Basket
The upper basket is designed to hold more delicate and lighter
items such as glasses, cups and saucers, small bowls, and
small pans. Ensure that the items will not topple over during the
wash cycle.
Adjusting the Upper Basket
If required, the height of the upper basket can be adjusted in order to create more space for large utensils either in the upper basket
or lower basket. The upper basket can be adjusted for height by holding the handles on both sides of the basket and raising or
lowering until it clicks into place. Long items, serving cutlery, salad servers or knives should be laid flat so that they do not obstruct
the rotation of the spray arms. The glass supports can be used to support fragile stems of wine glasses or folded vertically
as necessary.
