TROUBLE SHOOTING – SIDEKICK CHEMICAL DISPENSOR

Ensure pump, solution valve, and brushes are on.
Inspect/repair by qualified technician
Remove sensor and blow air (5psi max) thru in the
opposite direction as the arrow on the part to clear the
obstruction.
Check fittings at bottle cap for leaks.
Replace squeeze tube if cracked. Fill chemical bottle.
Open the solution valve.
Charge the battery.
Remove the obstruction.
Repair / replace the valve cable.
Fill the tank.
Clean the solution valve.
Replace valve.
Lower squeegee.
Turn vac motor switch "on".
Empty tank.
Remove obstruction.
Replace hose.
Have an authorized serviceman repair.
Tighten drain plug.
Replace porthole cover.
Reverse / replace squeegee blade.
Remove obstruction / repair damage.
Clean / dry, & clean terminals.
Clean terminals, and connectors, replace damaged cables.
Add distilled water and charge.
Charge batteries until the green LED stays on.
Have an authorized serviceman repair.
Check for fault codes on the battery charger during charging.
Check specific gravities after discharging and then after charging.
Replace with larger batteries.
Drain battery tray.
Replace.
Have an authorized serviceman repair.
Check circuit breakers. Reset if necessary, replace carbon
brushes, repair wiring, replace switch.
Check solution hose for blockage.
Reset circuit breaker. Check battery connections.
