Wireless DMX Linking
The Freedom H1 can work with a DMX controller. Instructions for connecting and configuring this product for DMX
operation are in the User Manual. If you are not familiar with DMX, download the DMX Primer from www.chauvetdj.com.

Wireless Configuration

The Freedom H1 can be operated in wireless D-Fi mode. For more information about configuring this product to transmit
or receive in wireless D-Fi mode, download the Freedom H1 User Manual from the Chauvet website.
Starting Address
To ensure full access to all channels available in each DMX mode, the highest recommended DMX address is 501.
Master/Slave Connection
The Freedom H1 uses the wireless DMX data connection for its Master/Slave mode. Information about configuring the
Freedom H1 for Master/Slave operation is in the User Manual, which is available from the Chauvet website.
You can wirelessly sync an unlimited amount of receivers to one transmitter.
To ensure strong signals, the units should be elevated 5 feet or higher off the ground or remain in an
unobstructed line of sight of each other.
IRC-6 (Infrared Remote Control)
The Freedom H1 can be operated with the CHAUVET IRC-6. For more information about the IRC-6, download
