Cleaning the steam nozzle

In order to avoid clogging, the steam nozzle must be cleaned after
every use:
WARNING

Touch only the plastic part of the steam nozzle. The metal

tube is very hot after the steam discharge.
Pull off the plastic cover of the steam nozzle and rinse the cover

by hand or in the dish washer.
Direct the metal tube (15) of the appliance towards the drip tray

and turn the selector switch (4) to position
beverage residues out of the metal tube.
Wipe down the metal tube with a damp cloth.

NOTE
If the metal tube has become clogged, you can clear the

clogging with a wooden toothpick.
