tion, the action will be executed. Evaluation of condition and action always

The inhibition time specifies the number of seconds that the rule remains
inactive after the rule action is performed.
Conditions
The condition is a logical expression that is evaluated within the context of
the received measurement. The value of the measurement and its associa-
ted attributes will be evaluated as variables.
