the elastic band; then fix them
together with a hair clip (Fig.14).
• Fix the other end of the two rib-
bons/threads separately to the
tweezers as you wish.
• Hold the clip in one hand and
keep the ribbons/threads stret-
ched out.
• Turn the device to position I. The
tweezers will rotate, twisting the
ribbons/threads (Fig.15).
• Once the ribbons/threads are
twisted and curled over their
whole length, turn the device
back to position 0.
• Place the device in position II.
The head of the device will pivot,
twisting and curling the two rib-
bons/threads together.
• Once the twisting action is fin-
ished, turn the device back to po-
sition 0, and release the ribbons/
threads from the tweezers by
pressing the push buttons.
• Slide the ribbons/threads to the
other end of the figure-8 elastic
band and then fix them in place
using one of the hair clips (Fig.16).
Cut away any ribbon/thread that
may go beyond the hair clips.
• There you have it - your very own
accessory!

So as to ensure that the Per-
fecTwist works effectively, we rec-
ommend that you clean it regu-
larly with a dry cloth.
