C. USING DECORATIVE RINGS
FOR THE HAIR
• You can use decorative ring and,
what's more, fix it while you are
curling!
• To do so, place one or more rings
around one or both tweezers
(Fig.6).
• Place the locks of hair under the
tweezers and line up the device
as explained above. Turn the de-
vice on to position I.
• Once the locks have been twist-
ed and curled over their entire
length, return the device to posi-
tion 0.
• Slide the ring(s) along the lock to
the place you want (Fig.7).
• Line the device up as described
above. Turn the device on to po-
sition II (Fig.8).
• You can repeat this operation as
many times as needed to fix the
desired number of items of deco-
rative rings into the curls (Fig.9).
D. USING RIBBONS AND
THREADS IN THE HAIR
• The PerfecTwist can be used to
accessorize curls with ribbons/
threads.
• Choose a lock of hair to curl and
untangle it carefully.
• Choose a ribbon/thread and fix it
to the roots of the lock of hair us-
ing a hair grip, an elastic band or
a hair clip (Fig.10).
• Press the push button to raise the
tweezer. Place the end of the lock
of hair and the ribbon/thread
under the tweezer and release
the button so that the lock of hair
and the ribbon/thread are held
firmly by the tweezer.
• Do the same for the other tweezer.
• Line the device up as described.
Turn the device on to position
I. The tweezers rotate, twisting
the lock of hair and the ribbon/
thread (Fig. 11).
• Once the lock and the ribbon/
thread have been twisted and
curled over their whole length,
place the device in position 0.
• Line the device up as described.
Turn the device on to position II.
The device's head pivots, twist-
ing the locks of hair and the rib-
bon/thread together.
• Once the twisting action is fin-
ished, put the device back in po-
sition 0, and release the locks and
the ribbons/threads from the
tweezers by pressing the push
buttons (Fig.12).
• Place an elastic band or else a hair
attachment in the hair to hold
the curl in place (Fig.13).
• Repeat the operation for each
new curl.
• You can twist and curl locks and
ribbons/threads in different ways
with this device.
E. USING RIBBONS AND
THREADS TO CREATE YOUR
OWN ACCESSORIES
• You can use the PerfecTwist to
create a wealth of accessories
(hair bands, bracelets, neck-
laces, etc.) by using the ribbons/
threads.
• Use a figure-8 elastic band and
slide the ribbons/threads inside
