Installation
☞ Ensure that the gap for the guide rails is correct.
☞ Slide the parts from the protective grating sideways onto
the drive unit until the fastening holes are on top of each
other.
☞ Affix the protective grating by screwing the screws into
the thread adapter.

Install the device from outside

☞ Take note of how the wall fastening bracket is aligned:
y Square mounting recess = top
y Round mounting recess = bottom
☞ Align the wall fastening bracket to the centre of the
exhaust air duct.
☞ Determine the hanging position.
☞ Determine the locations of the fastening points and mark
them.
D WARNING!
Risk of death due to explosions or electric shock!
Drilling through gas, water or electrical lines can lead to
hazardous situations.
☞ Ensure that there are no lines in the wall at the fastening
points.

☞ Drill the holes in the wall.
☞ Insert the wall plugs into the holes.
