6. Dismounting
D ATTENTION!
Danger of property damage due to improper
dismounting!
The device can become damaged due to incorrect handling
when dismounting.
☞ Be careful when loosening and removing components.
☞ Ensure that cables and tubes are not broken.
☞ Do not twist the motor housing.
☞ Disconnect all poles of the power supply from the device.
☞ Unplug the wall power supply's plug from the socket.
If present:
☞ Disconnect the control cable from the cooker hood.
☞ Remove the exhaust air duct on the inside.
☞ Remove the cable and tube connections from the device.
☞ Turn the outer cover in an anticlockwise direction.
☞ Remove the outer cover with the wall box plug.
☞ Unscrew the screws from the cover plate.
☞ Remove the cover plate.
☞ Pull the drive unit out of the exhaust air duct carefully.
☞ Loosen and remove the wall fastening bracket.
