Install the device

The device is designed for installation in extractor hoods.
 Observe the extractor hood instructions. Special features
of the integrated hood BEH FLU (e.g. mounting of the
supporting bracket) are described in the manual for the
vapour extraction hood.
D ATTENTION!
Danger of damage due to falling parts!
The recirculated air filter or hood body cover can fall
down during assembly and damage the hob, the kitchen
furnishings or other objects.
☞ Hold the parts tightly.
☞ Protect the area below the device (e.g. using thick
cardboard).
☞ Ensure free access to the assembly position of the device
on the extractor hood (e.g. by removing the chimney).

☞ Connect the device cable to the wall box contact of the
extractor hood as follows:
y Core 1 on terminal 1
y Core 2 on terminal 2

☞ Fit the seal onto the guide on the fan housing.
Only with integrated hoods and permalyt® BUR 125
recirculated air filters:
☞ Remove the support lug on the fan outlet.
☞ Align the device such that the ventilation flaps are at the
top.
☞ Place the device onto the guide on the fan housing from
above.
☞ Ensure that the device is correctly positioned.
☞ Make sure that cables are not kinked, crushed or
damaged.
