RESETTING YOUR HUMIDIFIER
When your humidifier is out of water, the Reset Light
1. Turn power OFF
2. Pour up to 1.5 gallons of water into the Fill Area
3. Wait 5 minutes and turn power ON
NOTE: If Reset Light

1. Power: With power switch in off position (centered), plug the filled humidifier
into a polarized 120V outlet
CAUTION: To avoid electric shock, DO NOT plug in humidifier with
wet hands.
2. Output: Press Power Switch to the left for low output
high output . High setting will bring the water to a boil faster.
Note: The green light will indicate the humidifier is working, but it will take up
to one minute for visible steam to appear.
3. Reset: When the humidifier is out of water, the Reset Light

HWM445 Humidistat Control
Plug the filled humidifier into a polarized 120V outlet.
CAUTION: To avoid electric shock, DO NOT plug in humidifier with
wet hands.
1. Power: Press the Power icon

3. Humidistat: Press the Humidity Control icons to adjust the humidistat. It is
recommended to run the humidifier on a higher setting until a comfortable
humidity level is reached.
