Install the height adjustment handle grip (35).
Assemble the height adjustment handle (2) to
the inside of the bracket on the end of the height
adjustment tube. Use two 5/16" x 1" carriage bolts
(23) and 5/16" nylock nuts (28). Tighten.

Assemble onto a 5/16" x 1-1/4" hex bolt (20) in the
order listed, a 5/16" flat washer (22), a small spacer
(30), the height adjustment strap (16) and another
5/16" flat washer (22). Insert the bolt through the hole
in the end of the sweeper housing and secure it with
a 5/16" nylock nut (28). Tighten. Note: Hole in end
of sweeper may be obscured by the wheel.

Insert a 5/16" x 1" carriage bolt (23) through
the height adjustment handle (2) and the height
adjustment strap (16). Assemble a 5/16" flat washer
(22) and the plastic knob (37) onto the end of the bolt.

Fit the ends of the two upper hopper tubes into the ends
of a rear hopper tube. Align the holes in the ends of the
tubes and secure them in place using two 1/4" x 1-1/8"
clevis pins (26) and small hairpin cotters (34).

Fit the ends of the two lower hopper tubes into the ends
of a rear hopper tube. Align the holes in the ends of the
tubes and secure them in place using two 1/4" x 1-1/8"
clevis pins (26) and small hairpin cotters (34).
