Inappropriate food products
•
The following products are not appropriate for storage or transport in the thermo
transport container:
warm dairy products;
carbonated beverages which are not stored in closed bottles
Filling the thermo transport container
•
Prepare the food products (dishes), fill the appropriate GN containers and place
them inside the thermo transport container.
CAUTION!
Do not place cookware and baking trays directly after taking them
out of the oven in the thermo transport container. Hot cookware may
damage the container's surface.
Leave the prepared food products to cool off to a minimum
temperature of 120 ° C.
•
To maintain optimum storage temperature, fill up the thermo transport container
completely.
•
To maintain the temperature for as long as possible, the thermo transport container
should be filled up to at least 50% of its capacity.
•
Open the ventilation cap of the thermo transport container only in order to equalize
the pressure inside the container.
•
After filling up, close the door of the thermo transport container.
•
To avoid loss of temperature, do not open the filled thermo transport container longer
than necessary.
Specifying the contents of the thermo transport container
•
On the front side of the door of the thermo transport
container there is a slot for a label with the description.
Labels with the description may be easily replaced.
