Experiment and you will find many other uses. Some examples are
listed below:
Keeping Foods Warm:
Set dial at "WARM/SIMMER". Keep cover on Skillet.
Reheating Left-Overs:
Preheat to 230ºF (110ºC). Place food in pan. Cover and heat as desired,
stirring occasionally.
Baking Potatoes:
Preheat Skillet to 350ºF (175ºC). Scrub potatoes and wipe dry. Prick with a
fork in several places. Grease skins lightly with butter and place in Skillet.
Cover and bake for approximately 60 minutes, turn once halfway through baking.
Toasting Sandwiches:
Preheat to 350ºF (175ºC). Spread butter lightly on outside of bread and place
in Skillet. Toast until brown on both sides, turning with a spatula.
CARE & CLEANING
1. Let appliance cool then remove Temperature Control Probe. NEVER
IMMERSE THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL PROBE IN WATER OR ANY
OTHER LIQUID.
2. Wash Skillet and Lid in hot soapy water. If necessary use a nylon scouring
pad that is safe for non-stick cookware. NOTE: High heat may discolour
the non-stick surface. This is normal and will not affect the performance
on the non-stick coating.
3. Rinse and dry.
