Orange Beef Stir Fry

1/2 cup (125 ml)
1/4 cup (60 ml)
2 tbsp. (30 ml)
1 tbsp. (15 ml)
Preheat skillet to 350ºF (175ºC). In a small bowl prepare mixture of tomato
sauce, water, orange juice and soya sauce. Set aside. Add 1 tbsp. (15 ml) oil
to the skillet and stir fry beef. Remove to a warm plate. Add remaining oil,
garlic, onion, and red and yellow peppers. Stir fry until tender crisp. Add
mixture from small bowl and return beef to skillet and heat through.
Serve over rice or noodles.
