ANMERKUNG: Die Beschreibung der Teile bezüglich der Abbildungen entspricht immer der Position, die die
Person während des Trainings auf dem Gerät einnimmt.

Apoye en el suelo el soporte principal izquierdo (1). Sitúe el soporte superior respaldo (3) y atorníllelo
con los tornillos (10) junto con las arandelas (14) y las tuercas (15).
A continuación coloque el soporte inferior (4) y atorníllelo con los tornillos (11) junto con las arandelas (14).
- Lay on the ground the left main support (1). Place the upper backrest bracket (3) and fasten it with
screws (10) with their washers (14) and nuts (15).
Then place the bottom bracket (4) and fasten it with screws (11) together with the washers (14).

Appuyer le support principal gauche (1) au sol. Placer le support de dossier supérieur (3) et le visser
en utilisant les vis (10) les rondelles (14) et les écrous (15).
Puis, positionner le support inférieur (4) et le visser avec les vis (11) et les rondelles (14).
Stellen Sie den linken Hauptständer (1) auf den Boden. Positionieren Sie dann die obere Halterung der
