11. Notes, guidelines and tips
Before burner start-up check water level in the heating
system. Fuel storage hopper must be filled with fuel to
the required level to ensure reliable boiler operation.
CAUTION!
USING FUEL WITH DIFFERENT SPECIFICATIONS MAY AFFECT
DEVICE OPERATION AND CAUSE DAMAGE. FUEL WITH SOLIDS,
INCLUDING STONES ETC. IS TREATED AS INCOMPATIBLE.
THE MANUFACTURER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DUE
TO THE USE OF INCOMPATIBLE FUEL.
USE SAFETY GLOVES AS A PROTECTION AGAINST BURNS
AND FOLLOW SAFE OPERATION GUIDELINES TO ENSURE SAFE
MAINTENANCE.
Heat exchanging surfaces are contaminated during operation resulting in an
increase in temperature at the flue gas outlet and reduced efficiency.
CAUTION!
THE DEVICE HAS TO BE INSTALLED AND COMMISSIONED BY
A COMPANY AUTHORIZED BY THE MANUFACTURER, OTHERWISE
IT MAY INVALIDATE THE WARRANTY.
1.
Do not open the doors and covers while boiler is in operation (burn hazard).
2.
Do not open doors during fuel ignition (explosion hazard).
3.
Do not use starters and flammable materials to light a fire.
4.
Do not store flammable materials near the boiler or the burner.
5.
Keep the minimum return temperature (45°C) to ensure correct boiler
operation - risk of flue gas water condensation.
6.
Some condensate may occur during start-up (heating).
After the heating season, thoroughly clean the boiler and the flue ducts.
Keep the boiler room clean and dry.

12. Boiler decommissioning
Most of the boiler components are made of steel and can be disposed of by
returning to an authorised scrap yard. Other components must be disposed of in
compliance with applicable regulations.
13. Quick reference guide - Fire and safety
1.
Before you start your boiler, please read the manual.
2.
Do not use solvents, petrol etc. to light a fire.
3.
Do not open live devices. Risk of electric shock.
4.
Fire fighting equipment should be installed in the fuel storage and boiler
room.
5.
Prevent unauthorised access.
6.
The heating system equipment may be operated by authorised and trained
personnel only.
7.
Check the wiring system and the flue system periodically.
8.
Do not obstruct air flow to the air grilles.
9.
Check the burner operation and the flue gas quality, adjust the burner or
analyse flue gas as required.
10. Disconnect power supply (main switch) before maintenance.
11. Report any faults to the supervisor.
12. Keep the work area clean and tidy.
13. All repairs must be carried out by authorized and trained personnel or
authorized service personnel only.
14. Use carbon-dioxide or dry-powder extinguishers only.
14. End notes for installers
•
Connect the boiler to the hydraulic system by installing the mixing valve
with the boiler circulation pump which ensures the return water
temperature of at least 45°C.
•
Before connecting the boiler to the flue system, contact relevant authorities
for approval.
•
The compression tank must be connected to the boiler via a supply duct
without any cut-off devices.
