MATERIALS
A 1 Cross Bar
D 4 M10 x 45 x 1. 5mm Bolts, Lock Washers and Flat Washers (40mm O.D.)
ZP 1 Flip up electrical plate kit (Z99)
ZE 1 Electrical Plate Angle (ZEQ4
For use with
SK21Q Detachable neck option – ZQ3002. Please refer to ZQ fitting instructions for installation
FITTING
1. Remove bumper (4 screws on lower edge, 2 screws beneath light cluster (remove light clusters), 1 tip screw and 3 wheel
arch screws.). Remove bumper inner beam and pass on to customer.
2. Insert Cross Bar (A) inside chassis and loosely attach to existing side mountings (remove tape covering holes) using Bolts
(D) with Flat Washers. Fully Tighten Bolts. (Note: it may be necessary to bend up central bumper tag on rear panel
to give clearance for Cross Bar (A)).
3. Locate centre of bumper and cut as shown below.
4. Please refer to ZQ fitting instruction for detachable (ZQ) fitting.
5. Refit Bumper.
Recommended torque settings: Grade 8.8 bolts: M8 - 27Nm, M10 - 53 Nm, M12 - 95 Nm, M14 - 150 Nm, M16 - 214
Nm Grade 10.9: M12 – 139Nm, M10 – 78Nm
