MATERIALS

Cross Bar

M10 x 35 x 1. 5mm Bolts, Lock Washers and Flat Washers (40mm O.D.)

ZEP35 Electrical plate (not shown)

M16 x 50mm Coupling Bolts, Nuts, Lock Washers

FITTING

1. Remove bumper (4 screws on lower edge, 2 screws beneath light cluster (remove light clusters), 1 tip screw and 3 wheel

arch screws.). Remove bumper inner beam and pass on to customer. (refit bolts to rear panel)

2. Insert Cross Bar (A) inside chassis and loosely attach to existing side mountings (remove tape covering holes) using

Bolts (D) with Flat Washers. Fully Tighten Bolts.

3. Locate centre of bumper and cut as shown below.

4. Refit Bumper,

Note: This towbar must be used with either a Witter Towball (part number Z11) or Class A50-1 or A50-X towball

dimensionally Conforming to A50-1 with a 'D' and 'S' value greater than or equal to that of the towbar.

Please refer to the vehicle specification for the trailer weight and nose limits, which must be observed.

Recommended torque settings: M10 - 53 Nm, M16 - 214 Nm
