• Select the correct Sleeve size (17, 19, 22 or 24) to sit on the outside of the bearing housing with the

correct Sleeve Cap (15 or 16), and the correct sized Drift (1-14) for driving the bearing from the housing
• Assemble the kit through the bearing (see Fig. I)
• Secure the end of the Thrust Bolt (20) and tighten the Thrust Nut (18) simultaneously to remove the
bearing
• Keep the Thrust Nut and Thrust Bolt well lubricated before and during the bearing removal process

Bearing installation
• Select the correct Sleeve Cap (15 or 16) to sit on the outside of the bearing housing and the correct Drift
(1-14) to drive the new bearing into position
• Assemble the kit through the bearing (see Fig. II)
• Secure the end of the Thrust Bolt (20) and tighten the Thrust Nut (18) simultaneously to install the
bearing.
• Keep the Thrust Nut and Thrust Bolt well lubricated before and during the bearing installation process.
WARNING: ensure bearing is positioned in the housing correctly according to vehicle manufacturers'
specification before use. Failure to do so may result in serious personal injury or harm to others.

Maintenance
General inspection
• Keep the parts in this kit clean. Use a clean cloth and mild detergent if necessary
• Dirt and dust will cause parts to wear quickly and shorten the service life of the product
Lubrication
• Lubricate all moving parts at regular intervals with a suitable grease or spray lubricant
