After saving the channels found during scanning, the instrument goes to the
function "Adjust" (refer to section 4.3.3.).
At the top of the screen appears the available options. These options change
depending on the status of the Auto-Scan. Are the next:
Cancel Scan:
Discard:
Rescan:
Save:
4.3 Antenna Adjustment for Optimum Reception
The TVHUNTER has been designed to adjust the orientation of a digital terrestrial
receiver antenna. By this way, you can achieve an optimal signal reception from the
transmitting source. You should previously enter the measurement points of the area
where you are going to work, via the control software.
The adjustment process consists of three stages:
1.- Transmitter source detection and location: 1> DETECT
2.- Identification of the multiplex channel: 2> IDENTIFY
3.- Antenna adjustment for optimum signal quality. 3> ADJUST

It cancels the scan. This option appears during the
scan. After cancel you can rescan or discard.
It discards the scan done, then all found channels are
deleted and goes back to the Detection screen. This
option appears after finishing or cancelling a scan.
It runs a new scan. This option appears after finishing
or cancelling a scan.
It saves all data obtained during scanning. This option
appears after a scan and on condition that at least a
channel has been found. After saving it goes to the
Adjust Function.
