Insert each bolt through the winch bottom and structure. Access the bolt
holes through the front or rear of the winch.
7.
Slide a washer, lock washer and nut over each bolt end. Tighten the nuts.
INSTALL THE SOLENOID WIRING
1.
Mount the
solenoid near the
winch. Check
that the blue
(Fig. 2-5) and
yellow (Fig. 2-2)
wires will reach
from the solenoid
to the winch
through the
vehicle' s
structure.

Mark the holes
for mounting and drill pilot holes, making sure there are no wires or
components that may be damaged in behind the attachment point.
Attach with screws.
3.
Connect the yellow wire (Fig. 2-2) to the positive connector (Fig. 2-3) on
the winch and to the rear solenoid connector on the right.
4.
Connect the blue wire (Fig. 2-5) to the negative connector (Fig. 2-4) on
the winch to the rear solenoid connector on the left.
5.
Connect the black wire (Fig. 2-1) to the front solenoid on the left, then
to the negative battery post.
6.
Connect the red wire (Fig. 2-10) to the front solenoid on the right.
7.
The tethered remote receiver has four wires.
a.
Attach the yellow/green wire (Fig. 2-6)
to the small screw on the right.
b.
Attach the red wire (Fig. 2-7) to the
front solenoid on the right.
c.
Attach the black wire (Fig. 2-8) to the
small screw in the middle. Next connect a
wire from the small screw in the middle
to the front solenoid on the left.
