• This is quite normal, the straightener is fitted with a mobile plate so ensure more efficient straightening.
THE STRAIGHTENER'S LID WON'T FIT INTO POSITION:

• It is blue. Your cartridge is worn out. You need to change it.
• It is yellow. Your cartridge has dried out. You need to moisten it again by refilling the reservoir.
YOUR STRAIGHTNER IS RELEASING WATER THROUGH THE STEAM OUTLETS:
• Bring your straightener to an approved service center.
YOUR STRAIGHTENER IS LEAKING:
• Unplug it immediately and take it to an approved service center.
