Anchor point for the attachment of personal fall protection equipment
Foreword:
Before installing the anchor construction the load-bearing capacity of the roofstructure
must be ascertained. Technical building regulations must be observed.
Only original parts of the anchor point system must be used.
Maximum distance between rafters = 75 cm!
Maximum total thickness of sheating and BFU-board = 100 mm!
Installation variant 9 - Holz L:
Attachment with PUR glue strain group D4 according to EN 204 and
laminated plywood panel (BFU) (length=50cm, width=50cm,
thickness=24mm) on the roof sheathing (t =24mm) of coniferous wood

and depending on the dimension of the building.
1. Apply PUR glue strain group D4 according to EN 204 to the previous-
ly cleaned laminated plywood panel (BFU) (length=50cm,
width=50cm, thickness=24mm) and press the board firmly onto the
roof sheathing (sticky side down).
2. Attach the laminated plywood panel (BFU) to the roof sheathing using
4 wood construction screws for each side (a total of 12 screws, 4,0 x
40 mm), so that the opening of the toggle bolt is not hampered by
underlying components.
3. Centre-align the base plate on the laminated plywood panel (BFU) and
use it as a template for marking the drill holes.
4. Drill the attachment holes (Ø 24 mm).
The specified diameter of the attachment holes must not be exceeded!
5. Place the base plate over the drill holes. Feed the folded toggle bolts
through the drill holes and unfold them by moving the bolt.
6. Tighten the bolt until everything fits firmly against the inside of the roof
sheathing.
NOTE: do not use the anchor point before the glue is completely dry!

Ankerpunt ter bevestiging van persoonlijke
beschermingsmiddelen tegen vallen van hoogte.
Inleidende opmerking
Voor het inbouwen van de ankerpunten moet het draagvermogen van de dakconstructie
gecontroleerd worden. Men moet zich houden aan de technische bouwvoorschriften. Er
mogen uitsluitend originele onderdelen van het Ankerpuntsysteem gebruikt worden.
Maximale afstand tussen de balken =75cm!
Maximale totale dikte van het dakbeschot en multiplex plaat = 100 mm!
Inbouwvariant 9 - Holz L:
Bevestiging met PUR-lijm van de belastingsgroep D4 conform DIN
EN 204 en multiplex plaat (lengte=50cm, wijdte=50cm, dikte=24mm) op het
dakbeschot (dmin=24mm) van naaldhout min. C24 of OSB-platen.
