Vorbemerkung
Vor Einbau der Anschlagkonstruktion ist die Tragfähigkeit der Dachkonstruktion zu prüfen.
Die technischen Baubestimmungen sind einzuhalten.
Es dürfen ausschließlich Originalteile des Anschlagpunkt-Systems verwendet werden.
Mindestmaterialstärke der Profile
Stahl: 0,5 mm
Aluminium: 0,7 mm (Sandwichelement) / 0,9 mm (Trapezprofil)
Montage des Anschlagpunkts:
1. Aufkleben der mitgelieferten Dichtstreifen an der Unterseite der Fußplatte.
2. Aufsetzen der Fußplatte mittig auf den Obergurten des Sandwichdachelements bzw.
Trapezprofils. Passende Ausrichtung beachten!
3. Die Fußplatte als Bohrschablone für die angegebenen acht Befestigungslöcher (Ø 8
mm) der Niete nutzen. Tipp: Zuerst 2 Niete fertig setzen, dann die restlichen Bohrungen
erstellen! Auf Verwendung der korrekten Befestigungslöcher achten (siehe Darstellungen).
4. Setzen der mitgelieferten Niete (8 Stück !!!) mit Hilfe von Spezial-Handnietzange (Gesipa
Hebelnietgerät HN 2 - BT), bzw. elektro-mechanischem Blindnietgerät (Gesipa
®
PowerBird ).
5. Kontrolle des ordnungsgemäßen festen Sitz des LUX-top
Mittleres Loch jeweils freilassen!

werden, indem sie gegen die
Mutter gekontert wird, bis
sich die Sicherungsscheibe in
Flachlage befindet! Es ist
darauf zu achten, dass das
Außengewinde des Rundstabs
bündig mit der Anschlagöse
abschließt.

For attachment to sandwich roof panels or trapezoidal sheets
Foreword
Before installing the anchor construction the load-bearing capacity of the roof structure
must be ascertained. Technical building regulations must be observed.
Only original parts of the anchor point system must be used.
Minimum material thickness:
Steel: 0,5 mm
Aluminium: 0,7 mm (sandwich roof panel) / 0,9 mm (trapezoidal sheet)
Installation of the anchor point:
1. Stick the sealing strips supplied to the underside of the baseplate.
2. Position the baseplate centrally on the raised corrugations of the sandwich roof panel
respectively trapezoidal sheet. Pay attention to the correct orientation!
3. Use the baseplate as a template for the shown eight drill holes (Ø = 8mm) for mount-
ing the rivets. Tip: First insert 2 rivets and then drill the remaining holes.
4. Be sure to insert all of the 8 rivets supplied with the help of a special hand riveting tool
(Gesipa HN 2 - BT), or a electro-mechanical blind rivet gadget. (Gesipa PowerBird
