TRANSFORMATION TO OPERATE WITH OTHER GAS TYPE

COOKTOP
- Remove the grills, the flame-spreader and the burning assembly
- Remove the knobs
- Remove the front panel.
REPLACING THE WORKTOP BURNER NOZZLE
Using a size-12 spanner, replace the burner nozzle (Fig.2 position 2) with one corresponding to the type of gas selected, fol-
lowing Table II Injectors Chapter 2.5
REPLACING THE WORKTOP PILOT BURNER NOZZLE
- Remove the two blocking dies (Fig.3 position 4) with a 4mm Allen-key.
- Lift the pilot burner's head (Fig.3 position 5).
- Using a size-5 spanner, replace the nozzle (Fig.3 position 4) of the pilot burner with one corresponding to the type of gas
selected and following Table II Injectors Ch. 2.5
- Before installing the head (Fig. 3 position 5), adjust the primary air by turning its regulator (Fig. 3 position 6). Ignite the
pilot and check the flame's length and quality, which should not be too weak nor too thin, but approx. 20mm long, almost
detached from the head and without a yellow tip (L.P.G. gas).
REPLACING THE IDLE SCREW; BYPASS
- Replace the minimum thermal capacity screw, bypass (Fig. 2 position 1)) with one corresponding to the gas type chosen,
and complying with Table II Injectors Ch 2.5.
- The thermal capacity in the minimum position should be approx. 30% of the nominal thermal capacity. When you turn the
fast knob from the maximum position (

OVEN
REPLACING THE OVEN BURNER NOZZLE
After removing the oven bottom, disassemble the protection box. Using a size-12 spanner (Fig. 4 position 4), replace the burner
nozzle with one corresponding to the type of gas chosen and following Table II Injectors Ch. 2.5
REPLACING THE PILOT BURNER NOZZLE
N.B.: We advise to first remove the spark plug because it can easily break.
Unscrew the nut with a size-10 spanner (Fig. 4 position 2) and remove the nozzle (Fig. 4 position 1). The nozzle is hooked
to the bicone (Fig. 4 position 3).
Replace the nozzle (Fig. 4 position 1) with one corresponding to the gas type chosen, according to Table II Injectors Ch. 2.5.
Tighten the nut firmly with a size-10 spanner and check for gas leaks with bubble soap.
