DISTRIBUTION DUCTS
 SECURING DUCTS TO THE APPLIANCE AND ACCESSORIES
Peel back about 5 cm of the glass
wool and external casing of the duct.
Fix the duct core to the nozzle of the
appliance or accessory and secure
with a clamp.
Slide the glass wool and external
casing back into place to cover the
assembly.
To ensure a perfect seal, wrap
aluminium adhesive tape around the
external duct.
 CONNECTING AND INSTALLING THE BLOWER VENTS
Blower
vents
located opposite the door leading to
the room to be heated. Vents should
normally be installed in the ceiling or
wall, although special grilles can be
used for floor or skirting board
installations.
Drill a hole in the ceiling of diameter
slightly larger than 125 mm (for the
CHEMINAIR 400) or 160 mm (for the
CHEMINAIR 600) (a).
Pull the duct through the hole, then
secure the vent collar (b).
Push the collar into position and
secure it to the ceiling (c).
Now snap the removable (white) vent
cover into place (d).
