Operation
· Unfold the base stand and place the appliance on a flat, smooth, non-heat-sensitive surface.

· Connect to the mains power supply.
· Hold the on/off switch (H) for 1 second to switch on the appliance (Fig. 1).

· Set the desired temperature using the plus and minus buttons (G) (Fig. 2). The selected tem-
perature is shown on the LCD display (F).

The appliance has 4 temperature settings:
Setting 1 = Fine:

Setting 2 = Normal: normal hair
Setting 3 = Thick:

Setting 4 = Coarse: coarse hair
· The red LED flashes whilst the appliance heats up.

· As soon as the selected temperature setting has been reached, the red LED remains lit and
the appliance will beep three times. The appliance is now ready to use.

· After use, switch off the appliance with the on/off switch (Fig. 1). Hold the on/off switch for 1
second to do this. The red LED must go out.

Note: The appliance switches off automatically after it has been operating for 1 hour. The
operating time is shown on the LCD display (Fig. 4). The appliance beeps five times before

switching off.
