Model A+B+C 3.8m platform height
1 Start by constructing model A
2 Fit a horizontal shore above the wheels
3 Fit the cantilever frames. Cantilever frames have to retain some play
4 Fit the extension frames and lock these
5 Fit the diagonals (as from the 2nd rung of the 1st extension frame)
6 Fit the horizontals (4th rung 1st mounting frame)
7 Fit the stabilisers and make sure that the ends touch the ground
8 Move the platform (6th rung folding frame
9 Fit a diagonal (from 1st rung folding frame)
10 Fit an end support
11 Fit the horizontals to the top rung of the end support
12 Fit the horizontals to the top rung of the other end support
13 Fit the end support to the mounting frame
14 Fit the platform to the top rung
15 Fit the double support brace from inside to outside
16 Reposition the horizontal brace from above the double support brace under the
horizontal brace as a knee and hip support from inside to outside
17 Fit the toe board brackets and toe boards
18 The scaffold is ready for use
Model A+B+C+D 5.8m platform height
1 Fit the wheels and lock these using the locking pin
2 Open out the folding frame, position the platform on the 2nd rung and lock
3 Fit the cantilever frames. Cantilever frames have to retain some play
4 Assemble the extension frames and lock these
5 Fit the horizontals to the top rung of the mounting frame
6 Fit the horizontals to the top rung of the other mounting frame
7 Fit the mounting frame to the folding frame
8 Fit the diagonals
9 Fit the stabilisers and make sure that the ends touch the ground
10 Fit a horizontal shore above the wheels
11 Fit the platform (3rd rung extension frame)
12 Fit the extension frames and lock these
