10. Time slot selection: Time slots assigned to the pattern are marked white.

4.3 Edit pattern (figure 7.3)

START/ STOP laser: Button to activate and deactivate the laser.
2. Waypoint: The waypoint counter shows how many waypoints the
pattern contains.
3. Save new waypoint: Saves the current position of the laser as a new
waypoint.
4. Delete last waypoint: Deletes the last waypoint of the pattern. The laser
moves back to the previously saved waypoint.
5. Edit pattern name: Option to provide the pattern with an unique name.
6. Cancel: Cancels the editing process. All changes will be discarded.
7. Clear pattern: Clears the pattern of its waypoints and pattern name.
8. Save pattern: Saves all changes made to the pattern.
4.4 Timeslots (figure 7.4)
1. Timeslots status: Active timeslots are marked black.
2. Timeslot activation: Activate/deactivate the timeslot. Active timeslots
are highlighted white.

Timeslot settings: Set the begin and end time of the timeslot.
4.5 Interval (figure 7.5)
1. Interval setting: Set the time of interval between the pattern sequences.
4.6 Settings (figure 7.6)
1. Change password: Change the system password.
2. Power-up behavior: Specify if the laser should start in bursting mode or
standby mode when the system is powered.
3. Laser heater: Specify whether the Agrilaser should use its internal laser
heater when ambient temperatures are low. When using grid power
'heater: ON' is recommended, when using solar power 'Heater: OFF' is
recommended.
4. Projection speed: Set the speed with which the laser moves during
bursting.
5. Reset: Restore the Agrilaser Autonomic to factory settings. All saved
data will be lost.
Restoring the Agrilaser Autonomic to factory settings will
remove all data. After restoring to factory settings, new patterns
have to be created and assigned to new time slots for continued
system operation.

After completing the patterns and time settings,
press 'START' at the right bottom of the screen to
activate the Agrilaser Autonomic for automated bird repelling.
Click 'LOGOUT' to exit the software application.
Do not unplug the USB-cable from the Agrilaser
Autonomic or from your computer before logging out, as this may
lead to loss of settings.

5. Maintenance

CAUTION: Always switch off the Agrilaser Autonomic before
performing maintenance.
Perform the following maintenance steps (at least) once a week:
• Check if the Agrilaser Autonomic cannot wobble or tilt on its position. If
stability has been diminished, add more ballast to the frame or secure the
system more firmly to the environment.
• Check if the Agrilaser Autonomic executes its patterns at the intended areas.
Perform the following maintenance steps (at least) once a month:
• Clean the lens by using a wet cloth. By cleaning the lens, undesired
reflections and reduced effectiveness are prevented.
• Check if the movement of the system is hampered in any way. Remove
any foreign matter between the moving parts of the motor platform.
• Adapt the machine time settings to local conditions.
The Agrilaser Autonomic can be cleaned by using a wet cloth. Do
NOT use a high pressure pump for cleaning as this could damage
the product.
Storage
The Agrilaser Autonomic is designed to withstand outdoor environments.
When the Agrilaser Autonomic is not used for an extended period of time,
store the Agrilaser Autonomic in a dry, well-ventilated area. When not used
over an extended period of time, it is however recommended to store the
Agrilaser Autonomic in a dry environment.
Do not store your Agrilaser Autonomic in a location that is:
• Poorly ventilated or subject to humidity of over 60%.
• Next to equipment that produce strong electro-magnetic fields, such as
televisions or radios.
• Exposed to temperatures above 65°C (149°F) or below 10°C (50°F).
Disposal
Do not dispose of the Agrilaser Autonomic together with household
material. Recycle in accordance with local regulations.
Always recycle batteries.
