2. Safety instructions

WARNING: Avoid direct eye exposure to the laser
beam. Direct eye exposure and exposure to direct
reflections can result in serious eye damage. Diffuse
reflections are considered to be eye safe.
WARNING: Viewing the laser output with optical instruments designed
for use at a distance (for example, telescopes or binoculars) may pose an
eye hazard.
WARNING: This laser product may only be used in a controlled area
and is for professional use only.
WARNING: The laser beam of the Agrilaser Autonomic could cause
dazzle or after images, particularly under low ambient light conditions.
This may have indirect safety implications if experienced while performing
safety-critical operations.
CAUTION:
• To operate this product a laser safety training is required.
• The Agrilaser Autonomic should be used by adults only.
• The Agrilaser Autonomic should be used for bird repelling purposes only.
• The laser module and motor platform have no user serviceable parts inside.
WARNING: Operate only in undamaged condition. Use of the product
when damaged may result in exposure to hazardous laser radiation.
CAUTION: The images below represent incorrect use of the Agrilaser
Autonomic. For the safety of yourself and your surroundings, study these
images carefully before operating the Agrilaser Autonomic.
Never project the laser device towards aircraft, vessels and vehicles.
Never project the laser device at humans.
Never project the laser device into the infinite sky.
Never project the laser device towards water or reflective surfaces such as
mirrors, windows and metallic objects.
The laser safety label as shown in figure 1.1 can be found on top of the laser
module. The laser aperture label as shown in figure 1.2 can be found on
top of the laser module, near the aperture. The entrapment hazard label as
shown in figure 1.3 can be found on front of the motor platform.

3. Installation

CAUTION:
• Do not drop. The product may malfunction if subjected to strong shocks
or vibration.
• The Agrilaser Autonomic is an automated laser device intended for bird
repelling purposes only.
• When using the Agrilaser Autonomic, always take into account the safety
precautions as described in this document.
• To prevent entrapment, stay clear of the motor platform during operation.
Review the bottom panel dimensions (figure 2.1) if the Agrilaser
Autonomic is used with the supporting frame and needs to be attached
firmly to the ground. When mounting the Agrilaser Autonomic close to
walls, the ceiling or other obstacles, keep enough distance between
the product and the surfaces (figure 2.2). If you mount the Agrilaser
Autonomic without the supporting frame, mount the motor platform and
the emergency button at another suitable surface (figure 2.3).
Only use the Agrilaser Autonomic in upright position.
