vitro ceramic-cleaning product in the same Boreal distributor where you bought your stove.
BREAKAGE OF GLASSES. The glasses, as they are vitro ceramic, resist until 750ºC and they are not subject to thermal

Do not clean the external surface of the stove or insert with water or abrasive products because they may damage the stove. Use a feather duster or a
rag a bit wet.

CLEANING THE REGISTERS

To keep the validity of the warranty it is mandatory to do the register cleaning by an technician authorised, who
will write down the statement made.
It involves cleaning the ashes register of your stove or insert such as smoke zones.
First of all you must clean the whole inside of the combustion chamber, removing the inside plates of the stove because of the soot uses to accumulate on
walls and it difficult the thermal exchange. To do it, you must unscrew the central screw and remove the plates with caution. Then, brush the surfaces with
a wire brush to clean the dirtiness.
On the Slim 9 and Slim 12 models, after removing the inner plates, you will find a register that also needs to be cleaned, as it is the area of a heat
exchange zone, and the soot that accumulates there hinders the proper circulation of fumes. You must perform the following operations:
-
Remove the register cover by loosening the screws.
-
Clean the ashes deposited.
-
Replace the parts and check the register for leaks.
Once the top is clean, it is necessary to clean the smoke register placed on the bottom of the stove. To do this, it is necessary to open the stove door and
then, follow the next operations:
-
Remove the register cover unscrewing the different screws.
-
Clean the ashes deposited on the register, descale the soot deposited.
-
Replace all the pieces and check the staunchness of the register.
In the model Insert 7, for the cleaning of the smoke passage, it will be enough to remove the inner plates of the insert, since the smoke passage will be
perfectly visible. In addition, in this model, the record located in the lower part of the combustion chamber on the right side of the burner must also be
cleaned. The existing record where the smoke extractor itself is connected must also be cleaned, which is accessed from the back of the insert, sliding
the insert on its guides.
