MATERIALS
A 1 Towbar Mainframe
B 2 Chassis Insert
C 2 Chassis Profiles
D 1 Right Side Arm
E 1 Left Side Arm
F 4 M12 x 40 x 1.75 Bolts, Lock Washers, Flat Washers (30mm O.D), Cage Nut Retainers & M12 x 1.75 'T' Nuts.
G 4 M10 x 40 x 1.5 Coach Bolts, 4 Flat Washers (40mm O.D) & M10 Serrated Flange Nuts.
H 2 M12 x 40 x 1.75 Bolts, 4 Flat Washers (30mm O.D) & M12 Serrated Flange Nuts.
J 2 M12 x 40 x 1.75 Bolts, Lock Washers & 2 Flat Washers (30mm) Cage Nut Retainers & M12 x 1.75 Square Nuts
K 4 M12 Bolt Caps (Not shown)
ZE 1 Flip up assembly + ZEQ5
FITTING
To remove bumper, open tailgate to expose 2 bolts each side and remove. Within arch undo two plastic plugs each

side, remove arch to expose hidden tip screw and remove.
Unscrew Fog light bulb and pull bumper rearward. Remove crash beam and upper foam. These will not be used again

Refit original M6 bolts to crash beam holes on rear panel.
Fit coach bolts into chassis profiles (B) as per diagram and place into lower chassis face and align with holes.

Using chassis profiles (C) place on the outside of the chassis rail, and use nuts (G) from underside of chassis to hold B

and C in place.
Fit cage nuts into side arms (D & E) as per diagram. Fit arms into chassis rails and align with Bolt holes, use fixings F

through C brackets, chassis rail and side arms. Leave loose to aid alignment.
Insert crossbar in between side arms then tighten using Bolts (H) and (J). Tighten all remaining fasteners to

specified torque.
Refit lower black trim and cut into two halves as shown. Fix to rear valance using existing plastic plugs

Refit bumper and reconnect Fog light.
8.
Attach the chosen Neck and Electrical Plate (ZE) Fully tighten all bolts. Fit bolts caps (F).
9.
Recommended torque settings: Grade 8.8 bolts: M8 - 24Nm, M10 - 52 Nm, M12 - 80 Nm, M14 - 130 Nm, M16 - 200
Nm Grade 10.9: M12 – 120Nm, M10 – 70Nm M8- 35Nm
