The IONIC function
The IONIC function facilitates gentle, easy hair
styling by preventing a static charge in the hair.
It uses the build-up of a negative 'ion-cloud'
to prevent 'fl yaway' hair caused by a positive
charge.
The IONIC function is automatically enabled;
its effect is enhanced by the ceramic-coated
air outlet grille
Styling nozzle
The styling nozzle can be fi tted to the air outlet
to facilitate shaping the hair during blow drying.
Air-fl ow and temperature controls
By using different combinations of the air-fl ow
and temperature controls, various settings are
possible when drying the hair.
The air-fl ow control regulates the air-fl ow
intensity, while the temperature control
regulates the heat of the air-fl ow.
With the air-fl ow control set to the '0'-position,
the hair-dryer is switched off.
Cool function
The cool function can be used at any time
during the drying process. It will supply cooler
air, which helps fi rming and shaping the hair.
Operation
Connect the hair dryer to a suitable wall socket
and select the desired power setting with the
switches integrated in the handle.
Cleaning and care
Before cleaning the hair dryer, remove
the plug from the wall socket and let the
appliance cool down completely.
To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not
clean the hair dryer with water nor immerse
it in water.
– If necessary, the housing of the hair dryer
may be wiped with a dry lint-free cloth.
– Always check the air intake openings for
accumulated lint particles or hair and - if
necessary - remove any found.
To facilitate cleaning, the grille on the
air intake can be removed by turning it
anti-clockwise and then lifting it off. After
cleaning, replace the grille and lock it by
turning clockwise.

Do not dispose of old or defective
appliances in domestic garbage; this
