Fitting instructions

1) Remove the spare wheel and disassemble the bumper in the rear. Permanently remove the metal buffer
beam after the bumper.
2) Shove the tow bar with the points (A) along the chassis beams till these match the provided screw-thread
holes of the buffer beam. Insert the bolts but do not tighten.
3) Insert now mounting pieces (-d) in the chassis beams till these match the points (B) of the tow bar, insert
here also the bolts and screw now everything firmly on. Place now mounting piece (-e) on the points (C)
of the tow bar and insert the bolts and washers.
4) Re-assemble the bumper and the spare wheel.
5) Assemble (*) and tighten everything firmly.

Note
Please consult your cardealer or owners manual for the maximal permissable towing mass.
Remove any bitumen coating on the fastening position for the tow bar.
When drilling, be carefull not to damage any brake lines, electrical wiring or fuel lines.
