Detects the brightness of the ambient light and adjusts the brightness of the
display accordingly.
C Message/Ringer Lamp
The colour of the lamp shows the unit's status as follows:
Colour (state)
Green (flashing rapidly)
Red (steady on)
Green (flashing slowly)
Green (steady on)
*1 If the unit is connected to a KX-NS1000 PBX, the Message/Ringer Lamp
shows the current status as follows:
– Green (flashing rapidly): You are receiving an intercom call, or you are
receiving a Hold Recall or Transfer Recall from an extension.
– Red (flashing rapidly): You are receiving an outside call, or you are
receiving a Hold Recall or Transfer Recall from an outside line.
