Fault Description
Primary AOPD OSSD 1 of a type 2 AOPD failed to
respond to MCC 1.
Primary AOPD OSSD 2 of a type 2 AOPD failed to
respond to MCC 2.
Secondary AOPD OSSD 2 of type 4 failed to respond
to MCC 3.
Secondary AOPD OSSD 2 of a type 2 AOPD failed to
respond to MCC 4.
The secondary ESPD OSSD 1 input is active when
there should be no secondary ESPD attached.
The secondary ESPD OSSD 2 input is active when
there should be no secondary ESPD attached.
Primary 1 AOPD is down in green state.
Primary 2 AOPD is down in green state.
Secondary 1 AOPD is down in green state.
Secondary 2 AOPD is down in green state.
Keypad test failure.
User interface ROM failure.
