Commissioning
Set-up
The "Set-up" program path establishes the principal
configuration of the system, e.g. relay monitoring, starting
sequence, sensor type(s), language etc.
User Modes
In the "User Modes" program path the extended operating
modes can be set or combined.
Run Modes
In the "Run Modes" program path the operating modes
available on the external selector can be chosen directly. The
run mode selected remains in force (even if the power is
switched off/on) until keypad operation is terminated from the
selector (000) or another run mode is set.
Run modes can thus be selected by means of the LCU
keyboard or the external selector (overriding).
Diagnostics
In the "Diagnostics" program path the condition of both LCU-P
evaluation channels, as well as of the sensor channels, can be
represented separately. In addition, the degree of dirt build-up
on the sensors (threshold 1 to 4) and the incoming control
signals (e.g. reset pushbutton, muting signals etc.) can be
checked.
For more extensive diagnostics (e.g service), PC software is
available (e.g. for laptops). It runs under the Windows user
interface, version 3.1 and above (see Service Instructions for
more details).
