2 GENERAL INFORMATION

2.3 TECHNICAL SUPPORT
2.3.1 GUARANTEE
All SPANESI S.p.A. products are subjected to strict
functional quality control prior to shipment in the best
interests and protection of its clients.
2.3.1.1 COVERAGE
SPANESI S.p.A. guarantees its products from all defects
in fabrication and working and undertakes to replace any
parts it deems defective free of charge.
2.3.1.2 DURATION
SPANESI guarantees its products for a period of 12
(twelve) months from the date of purchase listed on the
purchase document.
2.3.1.3 GENERAL TERMS
The SPANESI guarantee provides coverage as follows:
a) Exclusively for the free replacement of parts
recognised as defective by SPANESI or its authorised
representative.
b)
SPANESI responsibility is limited solely to the free
replacement of parts recognised as defective, and
under no conditions will SPANESI be liable for
damages of any other kind.
c)
The parts protested and/or considered defective must
be returned to the SPANESI factory with the shipping
expenses for the same borne entirely by the client.

This guarantee does not cover materials subject to
normal wear.
e)
Repairs performed under guarantee do not extend the
duration of the guarantee.
f)
For printer and fotocamera we please ask you to refer
to the warranty and to the assistence of the producer.
2.3.1.4. INVALIDATION OF GUARANTEE
In addition to the normal expiration of the period of
coverage, the guarantee will be considered null and void
in the following cases:

machine or any of its parts without the previous written
