It is important for your headpiece to have the correct magnet strength
and orientation to avoid discomfort or retention issues. Contact your co-
chlear implant professional if there are any concerns regarding magnet
retention. If deemed appropriate, your cochlear implant professional
may replace the headpiece magnet with a stronger or weaker magnet or
adjust magnet orientation. If needed, you may use off-the-shelf solutions
to improve retention.

Inserting Zn-Air Disposable Battery Cells (Non-Tamperproof
Cartridge)
Holding the battery cartridge in one hand, gently but firmly push down
on the lever on the back of the battery cartridge. This will cause the
Zn-Air battery drawer to pop out of the bottom of the cartridge. Pull the
battery door out of the cartridge with the other hand.
