MONTAGEANLEITUNG
Octavia / Octavia RS und Octavia Scout:

Auf der rechten Seite die Halterung für die
Abschleppöse abtrennen und die Trennstelle mit
Unterbodenschutz behandeln (Bild 11 bis 13). Den
Halter für die Auspuffgummis des rechten
Schalldämpfers montieren. Dazu den mitgelieferten
Blechstreifen mit angeschweisster Schraube in den
Träger einschieben (Bild 14+15).

Den passenden Adapter, das Y-Rohr sowie das
Verbindungsrohr zum rechten Schalldämpfer auf das
Abgasrohr aufstecken, ausrichten und die
mitgelieferten Schellen montieren, jedoch zunächst
nur leicht anziehen (Bild 16 bis 18).
7.
Beide Endschalldämpfer aufstecken und mit den
Auspuffgummis in den entsprechenden Haltern
einhängen.
8.
Die komplette Auspuffanlage ausrichten und alle
Befestigungsschellen von vorne nach hinten
festziehen.
9.
Nach der ersten Probefahrt können sich Rohre und
Schalldämpfer der Edelstahl-Auspuffanlage noch
einmal geringfügig setzen. Deshalb nochmals den
korrekten und spannungsfreien Sitz prüfen.

Na pravé straně odřízněte držák pro tažné oko a
místo natrvalo zakonzervujte (obr. 11 až 13).
Přimontujte nyní držák pro pryžová závěsná oka
pravého tlumiče výfuku - dodaný plechový pásek s
navařeným šroubem prostrčte zezadu oválnou dírou v
podvozkovém nosníku vozu, šroub prostrčte a
vyčnívající prostrčený šroub přimontujte držák (obr.
14+15).
Adaptér, "Y" rozdvojovací člen potrubí a propojovací

potrubí k pravému tlumiči výfuku nasaďte na stávající
výfukové potrubí a smontujte dodanými sponami, popř.
potrubí seřiďte (obr. 16 až 18).
7.
Nasaďte oba dva koncové tlumiče a pryžová
závěsná oka výfuku navlékněte na příslušné držáky.
8.
Kompletní výfukové potrubí seřiďte přejděte k
postupnému konečnému utahování jednotlivých spon
směrem odpředu dozadu, k oběma koncovým
tlumičům výfuku.
9.
Po první zkušební jízdě se mohou jednotlivé díly
ještě vzájemně usadit. Pečlivě pak proto zkontrolujte
celé usazení namontovaného výfukového potrubí,
jestli není v žádném místě uchycení nežádoucí pnutí,
popř. usazení potrubí upravte .

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

Remove the holder for the towing lug on the right side
and treat the point of separation with underbody
protection (fig. 11 to 13). Mount the holder for the
exhaust rubber elements of the right muffler. For this
purpose insert the supplied sheet metal strip with weld-
on screw into the rail (fig. 14+15).

Plug the appropriate adapter, the Y-pipe as well as the
connection pipe to the right muffler onto the exhaust
pipe, align and mount the supplied brackets, however,
first tighten them only slightly (fig. 16 to 18).
7.
Plug on both end mufflers and suspend them with the
exhaust rubber elements into the corresponding
holders.
8.
Align the complete exhaust system and tighten all
fastening brackets from the rear towards the front.
9.
After the first test drive pipes and mufflers of the
stainless steel exhaust system may lower slightly.
Check correct and tension-free seat again.

Couper le support de l' illet de remorquage sur le
côté droit et traiter l'endroit avec un agent de
protection spécial (fig. 11 à 13). Monter le support des
joints en caoutchouc du silencieux droit. A cet effet,
glisser la tôle livrée avec vis soudée dans le support
(fig. 14+15).
6.
Glisser l'adaptateur approprié, le tuyau Y et le
tuyau de raccordement du silencieux droit sur le tuyau
d'échappement, ajuster l'ensemble et monter les
étriers livrés sans les serrer à fond (fig. 16 à 18).
7.
Monter les deux silencieux arrière et les glisser
avec les joints en caoutchouc dans les supports
correspondants.
8.
Ajuster l'ensemble du système d'échappement et
serrer tous les étriers de fixation en commençant par
l'avant.
9.
Au cours de la première course d'essai, les tuyaux
et les silencieux du système d'échappement en acier
inoxydable risquent de se déplacer encore un peu.
Vérifier donc de nouveau leur position correcte et
sans tension.
