1 Presentation
1.1 DESCRIPTION:
• Hydraulic dividers are professional baking machines.
They are designed for working with all kinds of dough
and for cutting into 20 equal portions.
• Available models

Hydraulic unit
• Control system:
The control lever (ref. F) drives the raising and
lowering of the head and cutter unit (ref. K). To press
and cut the dough once poured into the bowl; push
the handle to the left.
• Electrical cabinet - motor power:
The electrical cabinet (ref. E) is located inside the
machine and is accessible by removing the rear
panel.
The hydraulic unit (ref. G) consists of a motor, a
geared pump and an oil tank.

• Construction:
The rigid one-piece frame (ref. C) is fitted on 4 swivel
casters (ref. H). It supports the bowl (ref. J), the
telescopic cylinder (ref. D) and the hydraulic unit (ref.
G).
The lid (ref. B) hinged to the bowl is fitted with a
closing handle (ref. A).
2.2 POSITIONING:

Install the divider on a flat stable floor surface
