If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by Dustcontrol or a Dustcontrol authorized service center.
Important safety precaution

WARNING
Only use accessories approved by the manufacturer for use in Zone 22. The use of other accessories may
cause an explosion. Only suction accessories in antistatic material or metal may be used.
CAUTION
If defective or non-genuine parts (especially filters and suction hoses) are used, the machine could leak dust
that is hazardous to health which may result in personal injury. Only conductive plastic bags may be used with
this dust extraction machine (see original part No.). The safe removal of separated materials must be done in
accordance with the directives of IEC/TS 60079-32-1.
Care and maintenance
Keep the machine clean and free from dust deposits. Ensure that the suction hose and all seals are intact and undamaged. Keep
the carrying handles dry and free from oil and grease.
Inspection
Regularly check the device for damage and wear. Any damage must be rectified by a Dustcontrol authorized service center.

This (mobile) product allows users to collect harmful ATEX-classed material in a safe and convenient manner. The product may
be used in ATEX Zone 22.
It must only be used by trained personnel. Only Dustcontrol-approved accessories may be used.

Functional description

Machine for suction and removal of dry, hazardous, inflammable, non-conductive dust according to dust class H in Zone 22.
When used for its intended purpose, the machine is therefore suitable for the separation of dry, hazardous, inflammable, non-
conductive dust with all limit values (dust with exposure limit values (ELV) and dust with carcinogenic substances).
The dust extractor uses negative pressure (suction) to force the air through a suction cover/nozzle, hose system, pre-separator
and dust separator. Coarse separation is carried out in the machine's cyclone, providing very effective separation of any coarse
dust. Fine dust is separated in the units filter. Reverse-pulse filter cleaning ensures extended filter life. The machine is fitted with a
HEPA filter.
The dust extractor is an electrically driven dust separator of robust design for use in connection with dust generating activities in
the industry. Dust extractors are suitable for collecting inflammable dust in Zone 22. Industrial dust extractors are intended for
suction and removal of dust deposits. Explosion protection is provided by insulation of the electrical parts and potential
equalization of the components that come into contact with dust.
The machine can be used at temperatures between + 10 and + 30 º C. The machines are suitable for general cleaning functions.
Regular cleaning of the workplace is important to prevent dust explosions.
