Troubleshooting
When the alarm system is not working properly please try following solutions:
Problems
Confirm if the power supply is connected correctly
The control panel
cannot start up
Make sure the power is on
Check if the indicator on the remote control is on when pressing a button
Check if the remote control has been paired to the control panel
Remote control
successfully
does not work
The distance between the control panel and the remote control is too
far away
Check whether the LED indicator is on when magnet separates from
transmitter
Door/window contact is too far away from the control panel
Door/window
contact does not
work
Check whether the system is in armed state
Check whether the space between the magnet and transmitter is
within 1 cm
Press the test button of the detector continuously in armed state. If the
control panel does not alarm, please re-pair the PIR to the control panel
