SlaveBoard  SlaveBoard
sequence:
In case of multiple filter modules, you must make a serial
connection of the cables.
Cable #2 is supplied with two cable glands and a connector at
both ends. The number of cables is equal to the number of
filter modules.
- Due to the cable length, you can only make
horizontal and vertical connections. It is not
possible to make diagonal connections.
- Refer to Fig. IV on page 75 for an example of
the correct connection sequence.
- For the position of the CAN IN and CAN OUT
connectors, refer to Fig. III on page 75.

Remove the lids of all SlaveBoards.
Remove all dust caps.
Loosen the cable glands from the cables and remove the
nuts.
Put the cables into the SlaveBoards and put the nuts back
over the cables.
Connect a cable to the CAN OUT connector of the first filter
module.
Connect the other end of the cable to the CAN IN connector
of the next filter module.
Continue the same way to connect all SlaveBoards.
Put the termination plug
the last filter module.
Tighten all cable glands.

To arrange the compressed air valves of the entire filter
system to pulse in the correct sequence, you must configure
the DIP switches of each individual filter module.
The DIP switch module
are pre-configured in the factory.
