The two-position rotisserie allows for food of different sizes
to cook at the proper distance from the infrared rotisserie
burner. The maximum load is 25 lbs
Install the rotisserie motor in the low position for large
1
loads or the high position for small loads. Refer to the
illustrations below. The motor socket hole will line up
with the lower notch of the spit saddles in the low posi-
tion and upper notch in the high position.
Insert the spit rod into the motor socket hole and place
2
the rod on the appropriate notch of each spit saddle.
For large loads, remove the burner grates and place the

The sealed smoker box included with the grill, can hold
soaked wood chips to smoke enhance foods. The smoker
box may warp slightly with heat, but will retain its original
shape after it cools.
Remove one burner grate section and slide the
1
remaining sections aside so the center is exposed.
Remove a center, half-size briquette tray without a flash
tube.
Position the smoker box in place of the briquette tray.
2
The smoker box will line up above the burner. For best
results, center the smoker box in the grill.
Add soaked wood chips to the smoker box.
3
Turn the control knob for the burner under the smoker
4
box on HI. Once smoking begins, adjust heat to the
desired setting.
Position the burner grate section over the smoker box
5
and place food directly on the grate.
Every 30 to 45 minutes, slide the grate section aside to
6
access the smoker box. Stir the wood chips and add
more if needed.
Cook food to the desired temperature, doneness, or
7
smoke enhancement.
CAUTION
Do not use the smoker box over the infrared sear
burner.
