STEP 6 - Press the levers on the swivel wheels down.
STEP 7 - Use at least two people to place the Kamado body (9) in the stand. Do not lift
the device on the hinge, as this may result in personal injury or damage to the product.
STEP 8 - To attach the lever (11) to the lid of the Kamado body (9), remove the 2x pre-
attached capnuts and split rings from the strap on the Kamado lid. Align the holes in the
handle bar with the fixed screws. Place the split rings back and tighten the convex nuts
with the included key.
STEP 9 - Place the chimney opening (10) on the top of the Kamado body (9). Before lift-
ing the lid of the Kamado, make sure that the YAKINIKU® logo is facing forward. In case
of incorrect placement, the vent will open when the lid is lifted. To adjust the ventilation,
simply turn the device into the correct position. Make sure that the chimney opening (10)
is firmly in place before lifting the Kamado lid.
STEP 10 - Remove the 8x pre-mounted convex nuts and 8x pre-mounted split rings (no
longer necessary) from the pre-mounted bolts on the metal band on the Kamado-body
(9). Place the 4x brackets (12) on the pre-mounted bolts and make sure the opening for
the shelfs is facing upwards. Secure by re-attaching the 8x capnuts and tighten with the
included key. Make sure that the capnuts are not tightened too tightly, as this-can dam-
age the Kamado body (9).
STEP 11 - Slide each side shelf (13) onto the brackets (12).
STEP 12 - Insert the fireplace section (8) into the Kamado body (9). Then place the coal
basket (7).
