Using the stand

" " Always park the bicycle on a firm and

even surface. The bicycle may fall over on a soft
surface.

" " When operating the stand ensure that

the way. This could cause injury.
The stand is operated as follows:
1. Stand facing forwards next to the bicycle and take hold of
the two handlebar grips of the bicycle.
2. Push with the foot nearest the bicycle against the end
the stand.
3. Simultaneously pull back on the handlebar of the bicycle.
" " Check whether the stand is blocked (try

moving the bicycle back and forth).
" " Ensure you do not unintentionally

operate the stand. This could cause the bicycle to
fall.
