• Do not modify the device in

any way. Have repairs to the
device or the power supply unit
performed only by an author­
ized repair shop or service cen­
tre.
• Place the device only on a
solid, level, and moisture­re­
sistant surface.
• Do not cover the device ­ par­
ticularly the ventilation open­
ings.
• It cannot be completely exclud­
ed that some varnishes, plas­
tics, or furniture care products
may deteriorate and soften the
material of the non­slip feet.
Therefore please place a non­
slip pad underneath the device
if required.
• Do not place the device directly
underneath a shelf or a wall
unit; the water vapour could
damage such.
• Aromas containing oil (e.g.
eucalyptus oil) must not be
used as these may damage the
device. Use only water­soluble
aromas.
• Do not transport the device
with a filled water tank.
• Do not operate the device if it
contains very little or no liquid.

A. Start-up Operation
Fill the device only while the
power supply unit is disconnect­
ed!
1. Remove the upper part.
2. Fill with distilled water up to
the maximum water level indi­
cator (100 ml).
3. Add 1 to 2 drops SOEHNLE
fragrance oil. Reattach upper
part correctly.
4. Connect power supply unit.
5. Place on a level surface.
6. Switch on.
B. Cleaning
For reasons of hygiene the device
must be cleaned after each filling
­ at least every three days. Before
cleaning, dis ­connect the unit
from the mains.
1. Remove remaining water.
Do not use ventilation open­
ing!
2. Use cloth and cotton swabs to
wipe out water tank.
3. Do not use strong or abrasive
cleaning agents.
