You can set the volume to levels 1 to 5.
Press the menu/OK key.

Select "HANDSET" and confirm.

Select "RING TONE" and confirm.

Select "INTERNAL" or "EXTERNAL" and confirm.

Now select a ring tone (1 to 9) and confirm.
